Our restaurant is characterised by an extensive choice of delicious culinary options to suit every possible palate: from the most traditional dishes based on braised vegetables, stews and grilled meats to market-led cuisine. We always use fresh, seasonal produce including wild mushrooms, vegetables, game and regional products.
We also feature some of our own signature creations such as a gratin of chickpeas with cod and garlic mayonnaise; potato, cured ham and foie millefeuilles, and entrecote or fillet steaks in Cal Carter style, not forgetting the traditional Mura dishes: poti-poti and baietó.
We offer a wide range of desserts featuring our own home-made puddings as well as ice-creams.
